Business email and domain review
Scope and price are agreed in writing before work starts.
Business email going to spam, a domain being impersonated or uncertainty about email authentication? We investigate the agreed domains and sending services and provide a prioritised correction plan.
When you need this service
- Your quotes and invoices land in customers’ spam.
- Someone sends emails in your name or from a look-alike domain.
- IT changes mail settings without knowing the cause.
The benefit for your organisation
- You find out why quotes, invoices and other important e-mails have problems and which changes your IT team should make.
- You can show management or a customer what was found and what is being fixed.
For whom
Any organisation whose e-mail, domain or brand is trusted by clients, banks or fraud filters.
Typical trigger: Mail landing in spam, a blocklist listing, a look-alike domain, or a buyer’s questionnaire about your domain.
What you receive
- Management summary of findings
- Technical findings report with evidence
- Prioritised fix list and a review call
Starting price
from €2 400
The price covers the stated base scope. Additional work is agreed in advance.
Timeline and your input
5–10 business days
Names of the domains, brand and executives in scope; read access to DNS (Domain Name System) is helpful but not required. Typical timeline 5–10 working days once scope is confirmed; no start date is guaranteed before the quote.
What the price includes
- 1 organisation, 1 primary domain
- Up to 3 sending domains or subdomains
- 1 brand name checked for impersonation
- Up to 3 named executives for footprint review
- Up to 25 externally reachable hosts
Agreed separately: Implementing the fixes; ongoing monitoring; multi-brand estates (quoted from the published figure).
Detailed terms
Base-scope price. The exact price is fixed in writing before work starts. It changes only when the agreed number of entities, systems, domains, contracts, documents, interviews, languages or depth of review falls outside the base scope. No additional work is charged without prior agreement.
- +€400 per additional sending domain
- +€300 per additional named executive
- +€600 per additional 25 hosts
- Multi-brand estates: from €4 900
What you prepare after we agree scope: your domains and sending services, and a responsible IT contact. A brief description is enough for the first conversation. Do not send passwords or health information through the form. Documents and technical information needed for the agreed work are exchanged through a secure channel arranged in advance.
We prepare the agreed materials and document the scope, findings and limitations. Decisions by regulators, auditors or clients remain theirs to make.
